Nitin Nohria (born February 9, ) is an Indian-American academic.

Early life and education
Nitin Nohria was born in a Hindu Baniya (trader) family originally from Nohar, Rajasthan, India.
His father, Kewal Nohria, was the former chairman of Crompton Greaves in India, and was one of the reasons Nohria decided to embark upon a career in business.[1]
